Someone have dry skin and they have dry hair. Someone have oily skin and they have oily skin. Everybody should brush their hair more times a day regularly and they get more benefit. As a result, their hair become healthy and shining
Dry hair care
Dry hair has many causes such as genetics, inactive of oil glands etc. If some one has dry hair, they should washing their hair with shampoo and conditioner that has essential oils. They should washing their hair two or three days every week and should care the label of products are "hydrating" and "moisturizing." Every body should decreases the use of hot devices and that will help their hair to keep healthy.
Sunshine and chlorine are also both the causes of dry hair. So everybody should use a hat.
Oily hair care
If some has oily hair, they may need to wash once a day.
If some one treated their hair chemically, their hair become dryness. They need to wash their hair less frequently.
If some one older, they should not use shampoo often, cause dryness of their scalp.
And it can lead to dandruff of hair.
Home made hair treatments
Eggs, yogurt and honey are affordable in home. These are natural product to hair treatment. Lemons are effective product for hair treatment.
Use- The egg whites are use to treat oily hair and egg yolks are use to treat dry hair. Egg mixtures are also use for hair treatment.
Use honey
Use ½ cup honey for massage of scalp of hair for damp hair for 20 minutes.Then rinse with cold water.
For oily and greasy hair
1. 1 Tbsp cornmeal or cornstarch or pepper shaker and sprinkle are uses on scalp for 10minutes. Then rinse with water.
There is also uses mashed avocado with 1 to 2 Tbsp of sour cream, egg yolks or mayonnaise. These are apply every two weeks.

Summer skin care tips

.1. Summer facial bleach              skin care tips in the summer, for healthy skin care tips.
In the summer season, These are excellent bleach for any user.
1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp milk. Now mix all the ingredients.  These are apply on the face and massage for 2-3 minutes. These are rinse with cold water.
2. Yogurt and honey cleanser 
1.tbs lime juice, tbsp honey, tbs plain yourgt.
All the ingredients are mix. Now apply on the face and massage for 2-3 minutes. Then rinse with cold water.
. Oatmeal exfoliating scrub 
, 1 tsp baking soda , 1 tsp fine oatmeal. Mix all in enough water and make a thick paste. Now apply on the face for 2-3 minutes. Rinse these.
. Curd and gram flour scrub 
1 tspn gram flour, 1 tspn lemon juice, 2-3 mint leaves, toned curd, a small piece of grated carrot .  Mix all the products and make past. Now apply on the face for 2-3 minutes
1. Home spa recipe 
Home made recipe is the excellent for skin care. Grapeseed oil, papaya pulp, mulethi turmeric, Pineapple pulp etc can collect for these receipe. Now mix all and make past and apply on the face ,neck except eye. Wait for dry these and then rinse with fresh water.
Cool skin- 1. Cucumber juice,  2. 1 tbsp of youg hurt.   Mix  all and apply on the face for 15 minutes.  These are excellent home made face pack. Rinse with cold water.
Warm  summer glow- 2 tbsp of papaya, 1tbsp honey and one egg. Mix all and apply on the face for 15 minutes. When dry it and rinse with cold water.

Bonus tip- To take healthy food,  take exercise regularly and sleep well. These are good tips for healthy and glowing skin. So should follow above tips regularly,should take balanced diet and  should sleep 6-7 hours daily.


Summer skin care

In the summer season  everybody  should  take care   of  their skins . The sun can changes into skin become aging, wrinkles, marks, dry skin and skin cancer also.
Ultraviolet A (UVA), Ultraviolet B (UVB), Ultraviolet C (UVC), and Infra-red (IR) can impact skin and damages in the skin layer.
To protect these harmful rays, sunscreen products can be used. All sunscreens are not same, some provide physical barrier, some provide chemical barrier.  Chemical barrier can absorbs ultraviolet rays. Some sunscreen are uses for oily skin and some sunscreen are uses for “oil free”. Summer is the most damaging time of the skin. Everybody should avoid the sun for long period.
To protect the sun everybody should wear protective cloth. These cloths are impregnated with UV absorbing colorless dye. It has an excellent  barrier support  for the sun rays. Should  use light colors cloths.
Should wear a hat-  It will protect the facial skin from the heat of the sun.
Should wear sunglasses- It protect the sensitiveness of eye skin.
Should ditch the obsession with a tan- Should  not uses  solarium or sunbathing-  It increases the damaging  of skin and skin cancer. Should be careful about fake tan. These may mixed with chemicals and these are harmful for skin.
Should Rinse skin after swimmingIn the summer season it is very important in chlorinated environments.   It can dry out skin and caused allergic reaction.
Should avoid spraying perfume on your skin in the sun-
Perfume can permanently strain on your skin and reaction ocuur in the sun.
Should drink plenty of water
Everybody should drink propuse water in the summer season. If anyone don,t  take adequate water then dehydration may occur and causes dry skin, frown-lines, spots and a lack of glow.
Should eat healthy foods-
Every body should take lots of vegetables,steamed, salads, raw.  Should take nuts, seeds and fresh fish daily.  These are excellent source of fats.
Tips-
Skin is aging from the direct effect of the sun. Should use water based moisturizer rich in vitamin . It will help skin heal and repair.
Stress may affect skin and should avoid stress and follow how to overcome stress in life.
