Constipation means when passage small amounts of
hard , bowel movements dry and painful
feeling and in a week , it is fewer than three times, others
one or two times. Discomfortness,
passing of stools are infrequent, sense of voiding are incomplete and
difficulties.
Causes
Infrequent fiber in the diet, in proper exercise,
lack of liquids, irregular in daily life , in adequate take of water during
pregnancy, travel or older age, If the colon and rectum has stroke problem,
profuse use of laxative,
psychosomatic causes also such as
anxiety disorders and depression etc.

how well food moves ro the bowel.
Barium
enema x-rays of the abdomen- In this test to detect any structural abnormalities or the presence
of any foreign body.
Prevention
of constipation
Intake
adequate fiber in your die to prevent constipationt and fibers help making
stools softer. It also help esier to
expel stools. To intake proper dried fruits, breads, whole grain cereals.
To
intake seeds, nuts and popcorns, legumes and Beans, grains, sweet potatoes,
peas, prunes,spinach etc.
To
intake vegetables and raw fruits.
